if you buy it, we would be happy to continue managing it, and we will pay you a fixed rental fee_

For all properties sold by us, the purchase price includes and does not involve any additional costs:

  • furniture, furnishings

  • Airbnb and Booking.com ads, accounts, with bookings

  • valid permits and registrations

And of course we would be happy if, after the sale, the property could remain in our operating protfolio and we could rent it back from the future owner. Naturally, if you have other plans for the property, for example, you would take care of the operation yourself or you already have a partner whom you would entrust with the operation, then you also have the option.
